1. Eligibility
The referral program is open to all existing Audemic Scholar users with an active account.
Referrals must be new users who have never subscribed to Audemic Scholar before.
Audemic reserves the right to disqualify participants engaging in fraudulent or abusive behavior.
2. How the Referral Program Works
Existing users (“Referrers”) can invite new users (“Referees”) via a unique referral link or email invitation.
The Referee receives 20% off their first annual subscription upon signing up using the referral link.
The Referrer earns rewards based on the number of successful referrals:
1 Referral → 20% off next renewal
3 Referrals → Free renewal for one year
5 Referrals → Lifetime subscription
10 Referrals → Lifetime subscription + full refund
A referral is considered successful when the Referee subscribes to an annual plan after their free trial.
3. Reward Redemption
Discount codes and free renewals are applied automatically to the Referrer’s next renewal cycle.
Lifetime subscriptions are manually updated in the user’s account settings.
Full refunds (for 10 referrals) are processed through Stripe within 10 business days after verification.
Referral rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. Limitations & Restrictions
Self-referrals (creating multiple accounts to gain rewards) are not allowed and will result in disqualification.
Referral links cannot be shared on coupon or deal websites.
If a Referee cancels their subscription before their annual plan is charged, the referral will not count.
Audemic reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time.
5. Tracking & Disputes
Referral progress can be tracked in the user’s Audemic account.
If a referral is missing or not tracked correctly, users can contact [support@audemic.io] within 30 days of the Referee’s subscription.
Audemic reserves the right to determine the validity of all referrals and disputes.
6. Arbitration and Dispute Resolution
Arbitration Notice and Class Action Waiver
PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE TERMS CONTAIN AN ARBITRATION CLAUSE. EXCEPT FOR CERTAIN TYPES OF DISPUTES MENTIONED IN THE ARBITRATION CLAUSE, YOU AND AUDEMIC AGREE THAT DISPUTES RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE PRODUCTS WILL BE RESOLVED BY MANDATORY BINDING ARBITRATION, AND YOU AND AUDEMIC WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS-ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this contract, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the Rules of the LCIA, which Rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference into this clause.
This arbitration clause shall not supersede any conflicting dispute resolution provisions set forth in the Audemic General Terms & Conditions governing the use of the Audemic platform.
7. Program Modifications

Continued participation in the referral program constitutes acceptance of any changes.
